Fees
Sessions are fee based and are a flat rate of $150 per 53 minute session. I accept cash the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. *All payments are taken via debit/credit card handled through your Therapy Portal, unless stated otherwise.
Check with your Insurance Provider to see if they will provide reimbursement or if your Health Savings Account will cover therapy sessions. Please notify me up front of any required paperwork to receive insurance reimbursement. I am unable to bill 3rd party insurance at this time.
If cost is a deterrent, please reach out and have that conversation with me! I have found that some churches in our area are willing to partner with me in order for their members to receive faith-based licensed counseling.
Payment information can be managed through your Therapy Portal. Fees are due at the end of each session.
How to schedule your first appointment
If this is your first time scheduling an appointment at Water's Edge, first call and speak with the counselor to schedule an appointment.
Then complete the information on all of the forms linked below on this page and email them at least 24 hours prior to your first appointment. (Gmail offers an encrypted email option if you are uncomfortable sending as a normal attachment.)
If you are experiencing difficulty, a free download of Adobe Acrobat Reader can assist in completing and signing your documentation electronically
After processing your paperwork, you will receive an email from Therapy Portal. Please create a profile (this is necessary in order to attend a telehealth session).
Prior to your appointment, please complete the Payment Authorization Form in your Therapy Portal.
You can access your first online session through your Therapy Portal by clicking “join session.” Log in to your first session 5 minutes early to maximize your therapy time.
Please review your HIPAA rights before signing your consent form.
How to schedule consecutive appointments
If you would like to schedule a consecutive appointment, please click the client portal link, log in, and request an appointment on an available time on the calendar.
Appointments are first come, first served. If there is a time that works best for you, it is recommended that you book a few weeks out in order to ensure your appointment time.
If you would like to request an immediate appointment (within 24 hours), please call to schedule. All other appointments must be made at least 24 hours ahead.
